(r5329) The ibm-copmiler doesn't accept typecast from void* to int. For
example test/cursor.cxx:42 will generate an error. All of the following
files have the problem in test-dir: cursor.cxx, input.cxx, keyboard.cxx,
line_style.cxx, scroll.cxx.
