I've compiled fltk2 r6154 with --enabled-cairo configuration option.

Symptoms:
1. ALIGN_CLIP flag doesn't seem to work.
2. Run test/tile example. Try to drag areas - during dragging areas flash, some of them may disappear.
3. Run test/tabs, go to last tab. Wait 1 second. Buttons disappear after every clock refresh.

P.S. Linux_x64/X11, Cairo 1.6.4, GCC 4.3.1

Without Cairo all is OK

I believe most of these are because the Cairo code is doing no clipping.
