| If C++ exceptions are not used in FLTK, they can be switched off in IDE files (size of output file will be decreased). | |

| I don't think FLTK uses exception handling internally.
It does appear to be inhibited in the various command line builds - I am not at all familiar with the IDE build systems however (never use them) and I confess I am surprised that exception handling is not inhibited there too, at least fro the fltk lib builds. | |

| Rechecked this issue on several configs, not reproduced now. So maybe problem was in compiler tools which frequently updated. | |

Problem may be resolved? OP reports that the fault can not be reproduced now. | |
