| This bug has already been reported with ID 2900 from Dec 07, 2012.
In fltk-3.0.x-r9359 relative positioning was OK. Then it changed. And has not been repaired since then.
The attached file is modelled after pixmap_browser.cxx with one difference: scrolling is allowed.
If the origin of the ScrollGroup (SCROLL_X,SCROLL_Y) remains to be (0,0), scrolling is OK.
If the origin of the ScrollGroup changes, scrolling is broken.
To see the bug please select an image larger than WIN_W and/or WIN_h.
I have tested the program with fltk-3.0.x-r10137.
