I compile editor sample. When I write something and try exit it ask me "would you like to save it now?" I change button focus by keyboard (with left/right keys). Regardless what I choose and press ENter, always is chosen button number 1.

In fltk buttons are "fired" with the space key, if they have focus. One exception is Fl_Return_Button, so you can set one (fixed) default button in a window or group that reacts on Enter or Return, resp..

Please confirm that pressing space works instead of enter.
