| I use cmake-2.8.12.2. On fltk-1.3.x-r10454 I get:
ls /usr/local/TEST_fltk13/bin

| Thanks for the report.
FLTK's CMake support is still experimental and not yet fully functional. fltk-config is not yet working as it should (not complete), so we decided not to install it.
I hope we can fix this soon though.
If you need fltk-config, please use the old autoconf/configure/make. | |
