DOH! Fixed off-by-one error in the filename converters functions when
in a utf-8 locale.

Hi, I only register to submit a bug (well, is not a real bug) When I compile fltk2 (from svn 02/16/2007), i received a error about "libfltk2_image.so not found". I put this file (it was on <source>/lib) in my /usr/lib, but have many errors about other libs. I have to put <source>/lib on LD_LIBRARY_PATH (/etc/ld.so.conf on my Slackware 11) to complete 'make'.

In 'make install' same thing, but now about fltk2-config. But now when i executed 'make install' again the problem was solved.

I think that you this problem only occurs to new users, that don't have fltk on system...

Sorry for the poor english, i'm from Brazil and thx for the good work
