MINGW, MSYS (WinXP):

tests\
browser.exe -> sliders and the button in the tree list are not accessible by the mouse (do not respond to clicks and drags)
when the main window (and the widget) gets resized.

The browser respond to a click by selecting an 'item' at the corresponding line.
The slider interfere with this standard item handling.
I have no solution for this (design) problem right now, as browser selection and mouse click works quite well with standard items, i switch this thread to MOD priority.

This problem in Button.cxx:108
event_inside() work strange with Browser current event.
At some positions of scrollbar the the mouse does not point into the button!

I'm don't know how this resolve.
